Another Happy Customer

A customer has sent me the links to a profile on her wedding on a website.

What she says:

I then found some earrings which were really similar by Genna Delaney although I accidentally ordered the necklace instead of earrings! I’d left it a bit late & by the time I realised it was too late to get them sent to my house. Genna was so lovely & sent the earrings to the hotel for me to pick up on the morning of the wedding. Luckily it all turned out OK.

The customer had been looking at some jewellery but added the wrong item to her basket. When it arrived she realised her mistake and ordered the earrings. As it was Thursday night and the wedding was Saturday I knew we were pushing it for time. I contacted her to find out where the wedding was taking place and sent the package Special Delivery there so they would be waiting there for her.

I was so happy they made it on time – another happy customer.
