Copyright remains the property of Genna Delaney trading as
Genna Design, therefore no designs can be reproduced by any
one other than Genna. All work remains the property of Genna
Delaney and will not be sent out until paid for in full.
Currency is in £ Sterling unless otherwise stated. All work
is handmade therefore some variations in shape, size and texture
are normal.

Placing an order

Just browse through the store, and add any products that you wish
to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your
selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to complete the order. Once you
have put in your details, postage will be calculated.

You may place your order by phone, email or via the internet.
Our payment provider is Paypal which accepts Mastercard, Visa,
Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, JCB, Solo and Switch.

Once payment has been confirmed by PayPal
your order is sent via
email to Genna Design. The order includes product and delivery
details; your card details are NOT included with the order, please
refer to Privacy Policy. We will confirm receipt of your order to
your email address virtually instantaneously.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that
we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract
exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and
hence a contract between us, when we send you an email invoice. We
have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake
has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods,
or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some
reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact
you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Each product's delivery time is listed in its product description.
You should receive 3 emails: One from PayPal confirming your
transaction, one from us confirming your order and one more from us
at a later date confirming that we have shipped your order. Please
see "Shipping" below for further information.

UK Special Delivery from £5.00 (RECOMMENDED: Guaranteed Next Working
Day, Traceable, Insured and Signed For)International Shipping £7.50

UK SHIPPING

All UK orders are shipped via "Special Delivery Next Day" with Royal
Mail. For your peace of mind "Special Delivery Next Day" has to be
signed for by the recipient and includes proof of postage and
receipt of delivery, transit insurance and Track & Trace (where
you can trace your parcel online at www.royalmail.com).

If a piece(s) is in stock when ordering, you should receive it
(them) the next working day after posting. Some postcode areas
may take 2-3 working days for delivery.

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING

All outside of UK orders are shipped via either Airsure
(Registered Priority Mail) or International Signed For with
Royal Mail. For your peace of mind both these shipping methods
have to be signed for by the recipient and includes proof of
postage and receipt of delivery, transit compensation and
Track & Trace (where you can trace your parcel online at
www.royalmail.com).

Airsure applicable
countries (up to 2kg) include: EUROPE: Andorra, Austria,
Azores,Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica,
Denmark, FaroeIslands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland,
Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands,
Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain,
Spitzbergen, Sweden and Switzerland. WORLD ZONE ONE:
USA, Singapore. WORLD ZONE TWO: New Zealand.

Where Airsure is unavailable, International Signed For will be used.

Once you have placed and paid for your order, you should receive
them from 3-28 days after we have shipped them to you.

Average delivery guidelines from
Royal Mail: 3 days for Western Europe, 4 days for Eastern Europe
and 5 days for the rest of the World.
Please note these are guidelines and we cannot be held responsible
for carrier delays.

Collecting parcels

If you live in Dundee/or nearby or can make it along to one of my
shows you can collect the parcel
direct from me and will not need
to pay postage. In this case I will give you a code which will
allow you to pay for the parcel on-line but will deduct postage
charges. Please contact me before paying for the order online so
that this can be set up.

Alternatively if you do not want to wait for the code and you
urgently need to collect the piece(s) the next day, I can give
you a code for free postage the next time you order from me.

Returns Policy

Genna Design does not offer refunds as the jewellery is
individually handmade. Customers may only return goods if the
piece is damaged, faulty or broken on arrival. You must contact
Genna Design immediately in these circumstances. Goods should
be returned in their original box/gift packaging, with their
receipt within 7 days(14 days for Overseas customers)of the
date which Genna Design has shipped the goods. Once Genna
Design has received the returned goods, the customer will
obtain a refund or a replacement piece will be sent out.
Genna Design is not liable for postage, shipping or taxes
due on returned goods. Please take into account postage and
shipping times when returning goods.


Tax Charges Genna Design is not VAT Registered at present.

Tax Charges Customs and tax charges may be applicable for
shipping to countries outwith the European Union (EU). Genna
Design endeavours to put the correct Customs Clarifications/
Commodity Codes on parcels,but cannot be held responsible for
import duties and charges.

Typical duties for
Jewellery is 2.5-4% in countries out with
EU. These figures are purely a guide and not legally binding
in any way. Please refer to your local Customs Office or
Commissioner.

United Kingdom.

Out of stock items

You will be able to order an item if it is out of stock
(not including one off pieces).
However, please allow up to 4 weeks for dispatch (if the
piece is silver) due to making and hallmarking time.
Perspex pieces will take up to 2 weeks. If you require
something urgently for a gift please contact me direct,
in special cases I may sometimes be able to make it
sooner and it send out without hallmarking. Then you can
send me the piece back to me and I can get it hallmarked
at a later date, should you wish, at your expense.
